SAIC, Inc.Geospatial AnalystSAIC / Mission Support Business Unit currently has an opening for a Geospatial Analyst. Job Description: Geographer with basic GIS or cartographic knowledge and willingness to learn new skills. Must have the ability to work well in a group environment and easily take direction from others. Candidate must be able to interact daily with supervisors and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Minimum of Secret clearance is required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a GIS, scientific or equivalent discipline and 2-5 years of related experience Required Skills: The candidate must have good knowledge of ESRI products and Adobe Photoshop. The candidate should be organized, have the ability to exercise attention to detail, and follow oral and written instructions. Must have the ability to see stereo imagery. Desired Skills: Experience with ERDAS Imagine, SocetSet and/or Leica's Stereo Analyst software package.
