Proficiency using ArcGIS 10 including Spatial and 3D Analyst

- All aspects of building and using a GIS to solve problems and present results
- Strong knowledge of projection systems
- Ability to perform simple to complex overlay analysis
- Georectification of imagery and maps
- GPS field data collection and processing

- Excel, Access, ModelBuilder, CADD, ArcSDE/ArcServer
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Job Description: The GIS Analyst will be a part of the GIS team and support both internal and external clients. This position requires the Analyst to work on a wide variety of projects including military planning, site assessment and remediation, geotechnical, water resources, and environmental permitting. Candidate will have familiarity with environmental issues, assessments, permitting, wind and solar energy, and electrical utility.
