IBMGIS DeveloperMaintain, designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements GIS applications both web-based and standalone applications. Troubleshoots production problems related to GIS applications. Implement CRs and DRs as defined in release plans. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new components based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software application/components or major enhancements to existing software. Evaluates effectiveness. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Assists in performing feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management. Documents, designs, codes, and tests GIS solutions and GIS applications; designs and carries out GIS procedures, both simple and complex; and performs programming for data creation, analysis, conversion and transfer, graphic production, and project reporting as well as including GIS user support and production troubleshooting

Required High School Diploma/GEDBasic knowledge in articulating complex GIS requirements into business language
Basic knowledge in all phases of software development phases
• Familiar with Waterfall and/or Agile Software Development Lifecycles
At least 2 years experience in designing and developing web-based and standalone GIS applications and tools
At least 2 years experience in ArcGIS software products
• Background in GIS Education or proven GIS software development track record
Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week
