Senior GIS Project Manager

Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Geospatial Services Group in Denver, CO. Typical projects involve managing medium to large GIS/IT-related projects for water/waste water and state and federal clients across the US. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring our services meet our clients’ needs and quality.
  • Lead and mentor project teams.
  • Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts.
  • Lead Business Development for GIS and water/wastewater services, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders.
  • Effectively interface with sub-consultants and any other business relationships associated with the project.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
  • BS/BA in applicable field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ESRI’s GIS Suite (Enterprise).
  • Experience in managing projects for water and wastewater utilities and the federal government.
  • Certified GIS Professional.
  • The ability to market related services and to present our services is critical to the success of the individual in this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team environment.
  • Currently hold an active secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Travel when necessary to client sites or other Dewberry offices.
