We are currently seeking a GIS Analyst Intern enrolled in an Associates or BS program in Geography, Civil Engineering, or other technical field with an emphasis in GIS use and development. GIS Analysts should have experience in ArcGIS. Initial responsibilities will include:
- Data collection and processing
- Creating map exhibits and handouts
- Manipulating spreadsheets with familiarity to using formulas
- Participate in client meetings
- Following data quality assurance practices
- Reviewing project deliverables
- Developing linkages to engineering models
- Developing maps and associated geo-databases
