Perform as an intelligence specialist with a solid background in geospatial analysis. Read and comprehend intelligence issues and military affairs and use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems. Demonstrate knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, database entry and graphics design principles. Apply knowledge of and experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, GIS software, geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry. Demonstrate knowledge of commercial imagery, products, processes, and sensors.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, database entry, and graphics design principles-Experience with Geospatial analysis or the intelligence community-Experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, GIS software, geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry-Experience with ArGIS and VB or VBA language-Ability to read and understand intelligence issues and military affairs and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems-TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with Naval or maritime a plus-Experience with ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, IEC, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Buildier, Remoteview, ERDAS Imagine, MrSID, VB/VBA, Oracle, and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data-Possession of excellent customer support skills-BA or BS degree preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
