Geospatial Analyst 23

Boeing is seeking a Geospatial Analyst for our St. Louis, MO office. In this position you will plan, develop, and support GIS (geographic information system) software, databases and web applications, interfaces, as well as productivity and desktop tools. As the Geospatial Analyst, you will apply decision making and operational effective analysis skills to research, acquire, compile, evaluate and review geospatial data for the NGA EPASS contract. You will utilize your analytical skills to produce mission specific datasets.
 
Required:

Knowledge of the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) mission and familiarity with several of their Foundation GEOINT (geospatial-intelligence) products, including but not limited to LTDS, MGCP, TLM, ICM, SAC and others

 

    • Experience operating in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management standards and practices

 

  • Experience and skills in one or more of the following remote sensing software applications: ESRI ArcGIS, ESRI ArcInfo, GeoMedia, FME Desktop, SocetSet

Qualifications

For consideration, you should have:

 

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of NGA and GEOINT products

 

    • Current and active Top Secret (TS)/SCI security clearance

 

    • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001

 

    • Experience with one or more of the following applications: ESRI ArcGIS, ESRI ArcInfo,

 

    • GeoMedia, FME Desktop, SocetSet

 

    • Level 2: Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

 

  • Level 3: Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

 

Highly Desired:

 

Experience as a government interface, specifically with NGA systems and the Intelligence Community
