Booz Allen HamiltonGeospatial Information AnalystKey Role:
Serve as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyst and cartography expert supporting counterintelligence production and perform analysis in support of an Army client. Provide management of GIS data collection requirements and the development of GIS production templates, seeking out new GIS tools for procurement and providing GIS training where applicable. Participate in data exchange agreements with counterparts from other DoD agencies and commercial entities. Provide maintenance of ArcGIS Server 10.1 environment and maintain and update GIS server data for the use with client’s Web GIS applications and local desktop analysis. Provide GIS analytical support and assist with the maintenance of the client's ACIC SQL database solution. Coordinate with the Web development staff on project development requirements and vector data ingestion tasks and provide front-end training and troubleshooting of technical issues with system users.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-1+ years of experience with the intelligence community-1+ years of experience in working with ESRI Desktop suite 10.x-Experience with using ArcGIS 10.x for analysis and manipulation of data and creation of GIS products using Desktop suite-Experience with Adobe Photoshop CS6-Experience with creating static maps or images using the ESRI desktop suite, Google Earth, and other GIS presentation tools-Knowledge of GIS organizations, including NGA, ESRI, Google, and AGC-Knowledge of ESRI extensions and tools, including Model Builder, ESRI Geocoding, and ArcToolbox-TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with deploying and managing ESRI GIS Server 10.x suite-Experience with using software and coding languages, including ESRI Silverlight API, ESRI JavaScript API, JavaScript, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, Visual Studio, and Adobe Illustrator CS6 and above-Experience with ESRI extensions and tools, including Network Analyst and Spatial Analyst-Experience with the US Army or another DoD military service element-Experience with the counterintelligence or human intelligence communities
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
