Geospatial Analyst

Provide geospatial analysis services. Extract and/or acquire geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data for analysis and visualization to solve problems and enhance the knowledge of intelligence issues. This also includes extracting specific feature data in accordance with the Feature Data and Terrain Data Specifications, project specific guidance, and other customer data and product specifications.

Required Skills and Education:

11-20 Years of Geospatial Analysis experience

Design, analyze, and develop geospatial solutions and product specifications for infrastructure features for global geospatial images and products. Analyze and integrate geospatial intelligence from all collection sources available. Perform Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyses on resource data. - Develop and implement a metadata catalog based on customer standards. - Establish and manage geospatial analysis research and production, as well as the strategies and processes to achieve the goal of analyzing the logistics and security associated with worldwide programs. - Create, update, and manage geospatial information system databases and products. - identify, compile, and assess geospatial and imagery data sets to support customer requirements. - Perform network and infrastructure analysis for all aspects of proliferation routes to include electric power networks, transportation networks, communication networks, and security forces and shall perform quality control on created analytical products. - Collaborate with analysts and customers on many relevant topics. - Provide written analytical intelligence reports, graphics, and briefings to communicate the analysis rendered. -Use a multi-INT approach toward finding, cataloging, and assessing worldwide associated facilities. - Use a variety of geospatial analysis software suites to accomplish mission such as ESRI, ArcGIS, SocetSet, and Socet for ArcGIS software. - Specified digital data formats will be used, which may include: commercial imagery, panchromatic data, spectral data, and SAR data.


Preferred Skills and Education:
Knowledgeable in programming in Visual Basic and experience working with GIS and photogrammetry will help provide these services.
